Daedream performs at Woolsey Hall....with Thelonious S. Monk III for Monk Collective Hurricane Relief Event

  Thanks to Marcella Monk Flake, a long-time colleague and friend of our Executive Director, Ms. Francis, select members of Daedream were able to perform this evening at Woolsey Hall, and what an honor it was.

In attendance were Directors Kevin, Torey, Deandre and Ronald, mentors Marlon, JeVaughn, Tiyana and Frenchie, Junior Mentor Candidates Nelly, Savanna, Jay, Kayla, Taryn and Aissatou, and 7th grade lead singer, Julieanne. 

What an amazing job.  After the piece was over, Thelonious Monk called them back and they got a standing ovation from the audience.  I had to cut the post in parts.  The video was too large.  Watch below (choreography Kevin Kelly, Deandre Ward and Torey Robinson) ​
