Pick-Up Policy
Season 38 PICK-UP Policy:
- Arrival is 5:30 PM unless otherwise stated.
- Arrival is always expected on time for pick-up and also drop-offs for weekend rehearsals.
- Parents and Pick-up designees MUST NOT PARK AT THE CURB under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This is a hazard and unsafe.
- Park in a spot, walk to the GYM DOORS (currently, that is our pick up spot. This sometimes changes certain days of the week in later Fall)
- The staff will escort your child SAFELY to you.
- Please do not ask for children to be sent to your car or cross the parking lot to get to you.
- Late pick ups are as follows: 16- 30 min late $10, 31 – 45 min late = $20 46 min or more late = $30. We are required to collect these fees upon your late arrival. Please be kind/cooperative to our mentors who have to collect the funds. It's policy.
- 8th graders may sign themselves out and walk to your car, walk home, etc. this is WITH YOUR WRITTEN DESIGNATION only. Send us an email to request.
- EMPLOYEES/MENTORS/INTERNS are expected to remain 15-30 min past shift.
- Please inform all those who pick up your child about ALL of these items.
