Staff Expectations
CODE OF CONDUCT
•Be on time
•Be SOBER at work, in school, around youth and for yourself
•Be healthy
•Be appropriate with language
•Be a model citizen at school, home, community, and college
•Be “record-free”
•Be positive on social media and APPROPRIATE
•Be “TROLL-FREE” on all social media
•Be respectful
•Be cooperative
•Be responsive
•Be a worker, not a socializer.
•Be in relationships, but keep all romantic/dating ones OUT OF THE PROGRAM; no public displays of affection at any time.
•BE YOURSELF 

​Any violations result in a meeting with your mentor(s) and the CEO with possible termination. TOUCHING another staff member, hitting, pinching, or any unwanted, inappropriate physical contact will result in automatic termination. No discussion. This company follows all Sexual Harassment Training Information. Please let parents know there is no recourse for these actions.

TERMINATION
TERMINATION is the process of firing and employee. This may happen if:

•You violate Daedream’s code of conduct repeatedly.
•You speak negatively about the company, the leaders, the owners or your castmates to others.
•You create negative situations and a negative environment.
•You repeatedly violate the call out and time off procedures (no show, repeatedly late without informing CEO, lack of 24-hour notice, etc).
•You do not follow the day plans, complete assignments, or work when on shift.
•We will notify you if we begin termination of your employment through Homebase.
 
PROCEDURE:
1) First offense = verbal warning and docking of hours (1)
2) Second offense = written warning and docking of hours (day)
3) Third offense = meeting with CEO/supervisors for suspension or termination
 
IMMEDIATE TERMINATION:
•Physical contact with another staff member
•Physical contact with a participant
•Physical fighting of any kind
•Racial or gender-related slurs or profanity of any kind said toward a cast member, staff, or leader.
