ALL COMMUNICATION BETWEEN STAFF and SUPERVISORS is to TAKE PLACE ON HOMEBASE,
HOMEBASE MUST BE OPEN with NOTIFICATIONS ON throughout the DAY.

Text CEO for:
•personal, private matters or problems
•late to work

•cannot clock in (only do this AFTER you have logged OUT and BACK IN to the homebase program)

Use the Homebase App for:
•Communicating with staff members, supers, and CEO. Notifications should ALWAYS be on.
•Acknowledging messages from others with okay/emoji/thumbs up, k.
•Checking for announcements as directed.
•Checking your schedule.
•Requesting time off for late arrivals, days off, early dismissals – with 24-hour notice. Under 18: Please Check with parents on SUNDAYS for weekly appointments and request the time off if needed.
•PLEASE CALL OUT FOR HOURS you are REQUESTING, not days.  Example, call out for 2 hours if you are missing a 2-hour shift, not the day (8 hours).
•CLOCKING IN on time or you will be docked.
•Clock in for volunteer time as well as paid.
•Phone broken? Text CEO with photo in place of clock in or you are DOCKED.
•CLOCKING OUT when shift is over is required.
•Checking for open shifts or available extra hours may help you make extra money.
•Checking for announcements that have a sign-off.

We do not have to give you hours to make up your callouts.
You may text the CEO if you are late, need something, have a problem, or a request or a private matter. Otherwise, always communicate on HOMEBASE with your staff members and supers.
No group chats off homebase.
Excessive callouts will result in less paid hours and eventual termination. We need our staff in attendance.  IF you do not show up for in-kind (volunteer) sessions, you will not get as many paid hours in the next schedule.
